My secret is adding jalapeños. It fools my stomach into thinking that I've just eaten spicy Mexican food or similar. I've also been drinking lots of decaf tea, the warm water makes me feel fuller when I just can't drink another drop of juice.
I also notice that I feel much better in the morning than at night. No cravings or urges to cheat, possibly because I jog in the A.M. and I have that boost of energy. I'm going to start going to bed earlier (maybe with Sydney at her 7pm bedtime?) and read books until I just can't stay awake.
Sigh. Only 57 more days to go. :-)
