I found my new favorite breakfast recipe! Yields two large glasses.
1/2 basket of blackberries
1/2 basket of raspberries
1 basket strawberries
3 apples
4 large carrots
And I've finally perfected my own "green" recipe:
1 bunch kale
1 bunch spinach
1 large cucumber
2 large carrots
2 apples
2 tomatoes
4 celery stalks
1 large jalapeno
It makes enough juice for about two days, which I seal and refrigerate. It tastes grassy (which I like), then spicy, then the aftertaste is sweet. Yum!
what do you consider a basket? im just starting a 10 day juice fast and im looking for recipes! your an inspiration :)
