... another cleanse, more awesome glasses.  Cheers to another year of keepin' it green, friends. :-)

If you are new to the juicing scene, you should start at the real Day #1.  Down the rabbit hole you go...

  1. Hi Kristen, Have you heard about using a JUICE PRESS to get more juice from the leftover pulp? Well, I make them and have a new years resolution to reach out to new people who are juicing and educate them about the benefits of using a press which include saving lots of money and getting more juice from the fruits and veggies - Especially if you juice more than 2 glasses a day. My website is http://www.myjuicepress.com and readers of your blog can get a 5% discount off the Juicing Buddy - a hydraulic juice press, by using the code MOMMYMELTDOWN . Cheers!

  4. Hi! I'm new to this whole juicing scene. (having recently watched Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead) I have a lot of weight to lose so I hope I can stick with juicing and that it works. I'm on day 3 and planning on going until Saint Patrick's Day. Anyways, I've been reading through your blog for the last couple days (one of the ways I'm trying to stay motivated) and your apple.carrot/banana/cinnamon recipe just totally saved me from breaking tonight lol. So thank you! And I hope everythings going well for you and you're staying healthy.

  6. It's great you've been able to keep up the juicing habit. I know for myself I feel so much better after I started juicing. Good luck this year!

  9. Hi, I'm not sure if you realize, but when you delete a post we can still see it in our 'feed' of blogs that we follow. I could only read a preview of it, but enough to see what it was about. I'm really sorry xx I have been through the same and blogged about it too. I had no idea how many people I would help by sharing my experience, but it did. Don't be afraid to vent online. xx
