There are some delicious goat cheeses and the goats milk is really good for making casseroles or cooking in general verses using silk milk. A plus is you should be able to find them in a grocery store. I live in a small town and our Walmart has it. Hope this helps and its worth a try. It works for me! I danced throughout high school and college as well, and I STILL get discouraged about how having a baby has changed my body and metabolism.

Keep checking Craigslist for juicers and definitely let me know if you start a blog!Kristenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02644386675044850125noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3131724189693636001.post-31289080421922903292012-06-14T20:24:56.311-07:002012-06-14T20:24:56.311-07:00I read all of your juice fast blog posts, and you ...I read all of your juice fast blog posts, and you have inspired me. I had my son 4 months ago and have been struggling with how slow my body is going back to normal. Before I got pregnant and even during my pregnancy (up until 7 months) I was a very active person. I ate pretty good too. Now I get discouraged when I look in the mirror or when I go shopping. I'm overweight, I have a flabby stomach, and overall, I have basically been struggling with my body since I was a kid.

I tried a detox a couple weeks ago and loved the results! I lost weight, I felt clean, healthy, and I had energy. Then I went camping and kind of ate crap food. And didn't exercise hardly at all.

Plus, my hips have been really stiff since I was pregnant. When I was given the okay to exercise, I started a walking group with a bunch of other moms. A couple weeks of walking almost 4 miles a day, I had to stop because I injured my hip. Which was a little discouraging because I used to be a dancer/dance teacher, and I wanted to major in dance before I had a baby. Basically, I the reason I'm worried and stressed about my body is because I'm afraid I'll never get my dance body back.

Anyway, this is all random, but I wanted to say thank you for encouraging me. I can't afford a juicer right now, but when I can, I'm going to do a 60 day juice fast too. Thanks! When I can I'm going to start up my own blog to track my progress. Thank you!Kimber D. I seriously look 6 months pregnant afterward and I've never met another soul who understands the seriousness of the issue.

I started the Reboot last week (cheated yesterday for Easter, but back on it today). I have a love/hate relationship with this thing, not gonna lie. My friend found your blog (she's also doing the cleanse) and shared it with me and it's just been such a great inspiration to me to see someone succeed! My friend's stomach used to bloat up like that and she just got her gall bladder taken out and she's all better now! I hope it gets better soon :-)Liz (a.k.a.
